Power Fluctuation / Dumsor

In the past month, I’ve experienced power outages about 1-2 times per week, each lasting typically between 3-6 hours. These outages predominantly occur during the evening and sometimes extend into the night. Given this frequency and duration, I believe that Dumsor is indeed back in Ghana.
