Power Fluctuation / Dumsor

I’ve experienced power outages 1-2 times per week, typically lasting 3-6 hours, mostly occurring in the evening. I’m unsure if “Dumsor” is back in Ghana. The timing of the outages is inconsistent; sometimes they occur late morning until early evening, or at night around 6 to 7 and return after midnight. Last night, the power went off a few minutes to 7 and returned around 6 am this morning.
